Q1. Where are the goods? I don’t see the bags/ accessories/ apparel I want to buy.
A. We are not an online business in the sense that we bring in stocks we think you may like, snap some pictures, post them and hope that you will click ‘buy’. We are personal shoppers. You provide us your want, and the relevant specifications, say:

Q2: Where do you purchase from?
A: From the boutiques themselves! In Paris! If it’s Chanel or Louis Vuitton, also possibly from the in-store boutiques in Printemps or Galleries Lafayette. If it’s Hermes, from the mothership store on St. Honore or the George V store. No dodgy third parties or suppliers.
Q3: How do you guys charge?
A: We had an opening special of zero shopping charge, for the first spree, which ended on 19 Nov. Shopping charge is at 8% of retail. So let’s say, if your purchase is at 1000euros, you pay additional 80euros, so in total you pay 1080euros. And trust us, it’s still way below retail in Singapore.
Q4: Are the costs transparent?
A: Absolutely! You will receive the original receipts.
Q5: How about repairs, maintenance, etc?
A: You will receive all receipts with your purchases and you can produce them along with your goods at the Chanel/ Louis Vuitton/ Hermes, in the event that you need to send your babies in for a spa treatment or repairs.
