My fave French Fusion cuisine chef, not that I know of many, likes Klee. Woohoo.
My default drink at Klee would be the Old-fashioned siew dai (less sugar) and Vivan always does it perfectly. My hubby being the purist, would pooh-pooh my request and flat refuse to siew dai it for me. The quotient of sweetness I can take is inversely related to my age, I can’t help it! ahah
I have to second Yong Bing Ngen’s choice of Martini Bar. I loved their Marmalade Martini with a hint of marmaladey bitterness, that doesn’t feature on their regular menu anymore, but I’m sure the bartenders there can whip up a mean one for me anytime.
