      Hi Sharon,
      the 30cm is S$11,8xx and the 35cm is $12,8xx. We advice our Hermes clients to put down a list of colours according to priority of preference. As you know, even in Paris Hermes flagship, the colour options are very touch-and-go. Of course, the easier you are with colours, the greater the chances of nabbing a birkin. (edited prices)

    Hi, read the article on Urban. Great job you guys in providing this service! i’m looking for a bag myself…something that’s not over-the-top, nice enough for everyday work usage… but i have a limited budget (not more than 1.5k). What is your advise? Tks! :)

      Hi Volksgal, thanks! For 1.5k, my advice would be the Mulberry Bayswater in basic leather. The Bayswater is one of my first loves. It’s such an under-rated but so classic and such workmanship. It is shaped sensibly and so roomy, it carries my A4 papers and files and novels and notebooks for everyday, and it doubles up as my overnight bag with a change of clothing even when I have to travel for work in the region, or for an overnighter at a resort. I love it, seriously consider the Mulberry Bayswater. It won’t fail you! It’s constantly being reinvented in various colours and materials.

    I’m interested to get the hermes double-kelly tour bracelet and although my preference is white epsom with gold or silver hardware, im also open to other colors except maybe red or black with gold hardware ? Im at a lost to what colors to take, would you advise me ? I would need the smallest size for the bracelet :)

      Hi Ling, believe that we communicated via email, or text? :) I’m into bright colours, hence I believe it’s largely a subjective matter, go with your personal preferences. White is a great neutral, though it tends to get dirty, I have a white CDC that looks yellowish now, but I still love it to death. Red and Black are also safe easy-to-match colours, all excellent choices. But I am a firm believer in gold hardware, gives a classy tinge to the colours :)

      Hi Caroline!

      A 30cm in Togo from Paris is S$11,6xx onwards. Prices include my fee and are subject to currency fluctuations. It’s hard to say which colours are more easily available, as it’s all very touch and go, when it comes to Paris. But i will say that a Gold is probably easier than a Fuschia :) I have to advise though, that I have closed my birkin orders, as I have a huge backlog. But if you are open to purchasing from Tokyo (am making a trip there in June), I can almost say that yes, I can bring home a birkin for you. However, prices are higher – not the commission to me (I actually earn less from the Tokyo purchases), but the retail prices. If you are open to that, please email me, or give me a call :)

      Hi Geraldine, if it’s your first Flap, I would suggest a Caviar. Lambskin is buttery soft and gorgeous to the touch, but Caviar is hardier, and you don’t have to get too precious with it, allowing you more wear out of your bag

        Yup, the rebate has always been earnings towards my hardworking shoppers :) Now, the thing is, the chanel purchases this festive season comes wrapped with the limited edition jacket flap charm, that money can’t buy outside of paris!

        Of course, if euro exchange falls below estimated, the savings get passed on to u; not impossible that the price goes below sgd4800. However u decide, purchase before the next price increase

        That may have been the case, several price increases before. Retail is 2450euros, no way to get s$3.8k now for a brand new one

        Hi, sorry, I may have miscalculated, retail of Euro2450, conversion to sgd is S$4165. After VAT of 13%, is S$3623. Did I get the calculations or VAT wrong? Apologies for taking up your time.

        Hey no probs at all! Credit card exchange is actually between 1.83-1.85 (from our last trip) and actual rebate is 11% flat (the refund agency takes their cut). Which means if u buy it yourself with rebate, it will still be at least 4000.

        If you don’t mind, do you think gold hardware or silver hardware is nicer with black caviar? Also, I read online there’s single flap and double flap. Does this apply for the classic medium flap bag that I am eyeing? Sorry I am still a noob here haha

        Oh hey, I went to exchange rates after ur reply, and u r right in the sense that the euro has indeed dropped from our last trip in september! But I reckon credit card exchange will be abt 1.8 still. Hmm if u r taking black I would say go for goldhardware! The classic flaps in medium are traditionally double flaps and the jumbo single flaps, but recently they released a double flap version for the jumbos.

        Anytime :) Now is always the best time, cos chanel has been going crazy with their twice yearly increases. Traditionally, increases happen in dec/Jan and mid-year.
